How ePassport Testing Works

Employers or third-party administrators may issue an electronic authorization form, barcode, registration number, or ePassport documentation to the employee or applicant prior to testing.

At the time of appointment, the client typically provides:

• ePassport or electronic authorization information

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Any employer-provided instructions or documentation

Once verified, the required specimen collection is completed according to employer program requirements and applicable testing procedures.

Efficient Employer Screening Support

We understand the importance of fast and efficient workforce testing for hiring and compliance purposes. Our goal is to help minimize delays by providing organized scheduling, professional collections, and dependable service for both employers and employees.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellation are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice (“no call, no show”) will be required to pay for a new test appointment.
