Palmetto Compliance & Testing offers employer background screening and workforce verification support services to asses businesses with safer, more informed hiring and onboarding decisions.

Available screening and verification services may include:

• Criminal background checks

• Driving record screening (when applicable)

• Workforce screening support services

• I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Support

• Remote I-9 Authorized Representative Services (when applicable)

We also provide I-9 verification support services to assist employers with employee onboarding and identity documentation procedures. Services may include document review assistance, authorized representative support for remote hires, and completion support in accordance with employer requirements and applicable federal guidelines.

All background screening and verification services are conducted through authorized third-party provider and handled in accordance with applicable laws, reporting standards, employer authorization requirements, and confidentiality practices.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellation are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice (“no call, no show”) will be required to pay for a new test appointment.
