At Palmetto Compliance & Testing, our Prenatal Paternity Testing service is a safe, accurate, and non-invasive option designed to help determine biological fatherhood before birth.

This test is performed using a standard maternal blood draw to collect the required DNA sample. The procedure is considered low risk and is designed to be as comfortable as possible for the expectant mother. There are no known side effects associated with the test, aside from minor, temporary discomfort that may occur during the blood collection process.

The sample collection process typically take only a few minutes and is perform by a trained and certified phlebotomist to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and proper handling of all specimens. Once collected, the sample is securely transported to a certified laboratory for analysis under strict chain-of-custody and quality control procedures.

After the laboratory receives the samples, testing is processed promptly, and results and typically available with a standard turnaround time of approximately 5-10 business days. All results are handled with strict confidentiality and delivered securely.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellation are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice (“no call, no show”) will be required to pay for a new test appointment.
