Whether you are at the hospital after giving birth, at your attorney’s office, at home, or another approved location, our trained collection professionals will travel to you to complete the DNA collection process. Our goal is to provide a stress-free and confidential experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Legal DNA testing follows a strict chain-of-custody process to ensure results are admissible for official and legal purposes. All participants are required to provide valid government-issued identification at the time of testing, and all specimens are collected, documented, sealed, and submitted according to established legal testing procedures.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellation are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice (“no call, no show”) will be required to pay for a new test appointment.
